About me.
Confidence Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults
Welcome! I’m Lorna, and I specialise in Confidence Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults. Through my own lived experiences and professional background, I know how hard it can be to build confidence when you feel like you’re always “too much” or “not enough” in a world that isn’t built for your brain.
My journey with confidence hasn’t been linear. I’ve struggled with self-doubt, motivation, and the emotional fatigue that often comes with being neurodivergent. But along the way — through psychology-backed tools, travel, and deeply human experiences — I found a path toward self-trust. Now, I support others in doing the same.
I currently work in residential care management, supporting adults with complex mental and physical needs. I’ve also solo backpacked across Europe and India — experiences that taught me resilience, empathy, and the power of doing things your own way.
My coaching draws from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Self-Compassion Theory. All of my resources and 1:1 support are grounded in what actually helps neurodivergent minds build confidence — not just perform it.
Whether you’re masking, burned out, or just feeling stuck, you’re not alone. My goal is to offer confidence coaching for neurodivergent adults that feels safe, validating, and empowering.
In the future, I hope to coach full-time while travelling — creating accessible resources that meet people wherever they are, emotionally or geographically.
Thanks – Lorna x
